The Challenge
No5 Young People, a charity providing mental health support and education to young people since 1971, needed a website that better reflected their extensive services and achievements. Their existing site was difficult to update and failed to effectively communicate their mission and support options to their audience. Key issues included confusing navigation, missing logo, and text-heavy pages without clear hierarchy.

Our web design team engaged with No5’s team to identify the key issues and requirements for the new website.
